While converting the attached file I received the following error 
from CSToPas:

Processing UTIdentifier.cs to UTIdentifier.pas
Error during processing: Index was out of range. Must be 
non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

It also produces the same behaviour on 2 other files within the same 
problem.
